Jolie’s Lake Jocassee Bridals are definitely not your average Bridal Portraits.

We spent MONTHS researching and instastalking areas around the Carolinas looking for the most epic location.  Lake Jocassee is called  “Lake Tahoe of the East” and “South Carolina’s Little Switzerland”. It is seriously breathtaking (you need to plan a trip now!!).

Now, before you start to panic looking at these pictures Jolie graduated from App State- so she is more than comfortable climbing up the side of a cliff.. in her wedding gown. I, Hillary, may or may not have been panicking the entire time. Especially when her and Cory had the genius idea to go out into the water. The though of Jolie’s Eve of Milady dress getting wet was just about enough to send me into a full blown panic attack! Again, with mad hippie skills and sheer luck the dress made it out unscathed.

We cannot wait until we can share Jolie and Zac’s beautiful Greenville Wedding. Disclaimer this gorgeous Bride is my (Hillary’s) beautiful cousin. To speak candidly, Cory and I have both heard that working with close friends and family can be somewhat of a nightmare. But working with Jolie and her now Husband was actually pretty easy. It was easy for Cory because Jolie knows her angles, but it was also so much fun to be a part of this life changing moment. Jolie, we love you dearly and seriously cannot wait to see what the future holds for you two.
