How awesome would it be if there was a client management system built for creative entrepreneurs that handled contracts, invoicing, questionnaires, and much more at an affordable rate?
No way. Sounds too good to be true.
It’s a real, and it’s called Dubsado.
I mean it is literally a one stop shop for all things business (work smarter). It allows me to stay organized, on task, and keep my sanity! Here is a link for 20% off your first month- or just to just TRY IT! They give you a trial with 3 free clients and no deadline. I will say that there is a slight learning curve- but the Facebook community is amazing & their customer service is the very best! Bonus points for being on the West Coast and giving us 3 extra hours of support!
I am so beyond happy that we found these beautiful people 3 years ago. Seriously we were using paper contracts and file folders (so embarrassing). Our clients absolutely love that it helps them to stay organized too!
Take the leap of faith- you will thank me later.
We waited YEARS to start a Pinterest Page for CLP because it is such a pain to get started. We started looking for ways to get better results with Pinterest without spending hours each day. Then we met Tailwind. It’s our own little secret weapon.
^^ And did I mention you can do this in BATCHES!! Hello timesaver!
That’s right! Now, when I go to Blog a wedding I add the images to Tailwind. I then choose the Board and caption before it AUTOMATICALLY schedules the post! Say What!! There is a fee for the app- but it is so worth it!
We adore Instagram! It’s our go-to and favorite social media platform, but it can also be time consuming for small business owners. What we needed a consistent way of posting, so that A) We weren’t missing out on connecting with our people, and B) We didn’t spend hours on Instagram! (Yes, I know they now offer Facebook, Twitter, etc.. but I like what I like 🤷). Enter Later!
PS: The posts don’t post themselves: While you can pre-schedule everything, Later doesn’t actually do the posting for you! A notification will pop up on your phone, you click it, and it takes you directly to Instagram. The description and photo are already there; the hard part is done for you!. You just have to click “Share”. Eventually, we’re hoping they’re automated- but for now it works!
